FirgoMart operates a global e-commerce platform that enables buyers and sellers worldwide to transact, subject to applicable laws. This Policy applies to all users making or receiving payments through the FirgoMart mobile application, website, seller portals, dashboards, APIs, and related digital infrastructure (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using payment services on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the practices described in this Payment Policy.

FirgoMart may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue payment methods where required for operational, security, regulatory, or business purposes.
Payments made through the Platform may be processed through authorised payment gateways, payment aggregators, banks, card networks, financial institutions, digital wallets, and other payment service providers.
A payment shall generally be considered successfully received only after confirmation is received from the applicable payment service provider.
Initiation of a payment or a debit notification from a bank or payment provider does not necessarily mean that an order has been successfully confirmed.
FirgoMart may hold, reject, cancel, or require additional verification for a transaction where payment authorisation cannot be completed or verified.
FirgoMart may support payments in Indian Rupees (INR) and other currencies supported by the Platform and its authorised payment service providers.

FirgoMart implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect payment-related information against unauthorised access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

FirgoMart will not normally request users to disclose OTPs, card PINs, passwords, or complete payment credentials through unsolicited calls, messages, emails, or social media communications.
However, no electronic payment system can guarantee absolute security.
A payment may be declined, delayed, remain pending, reversed, or otherwise fail due to:
Where a payment has been debited but the order has not been successfully confirmed, FirgoMart may verify the transaction with the relevant payment provider before confirming the order or processing an eligible refund.
Users should avoid making repeated payments for the same order until the status of an earlier transaction has been determined.
Where an order is cancelled, a payment fails, a duplicate payment occurs, or a refund is approved under the applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy, the eligible amount may be refunded through the original payment method or another permitted payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, financial institution, country, currency, and payment method.
FirgoMart does not control processing timelines imposed by third-party financial institutions or payment providers.
If a user makes multiple successful payments for the same order, FirgoMart may verify the transactions and process an eligible excess payment for refund.
Users may be required to provide the order ID, transaction/reference number, payment date, and other relevant information for verification.
Where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, FirgoMart may provide relevant transaction, order, delivery, refund, and communication records to the applicable payment provider, bank, card network, financial institution, or authorised authority for investigation.
FirgoMart and its authorised payment service providers may use reasonable transaction monitoring, verification, risk assessment, and fraud-prevention measures.
A transaction may be delayed, rejected, cancelled, or placed under review where there are reasonable concerns relating to:

Such third parties may have their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, transaction limits, fees, and dispute-resolution procedures.
